No. We will arrive at least a couple of hours before your party start time. On busy weekends we may even deliver the evening before we will notify you as your event date approaches.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day and the items you are getting. We will email you about a week in advance to confirm approximate delivery times
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. Four Seasons Rental cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Unfortunately, we do not normally set up in parks, Some exceptions do apply for large orders or corporate events.
Deposits must be paid by credit card however you may pay the remaining balance with cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry change.
Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason. If you notify us two weeks prior to the party date we can move your deposit to another date. If we are notified less than two weeks you forfeit the deposit.
Yes all orders require a 50% non refundable deposit.
